iPii.TV is a tool for your own playlists, your own sources and your own devices. By using it, you accept these terms.
§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms of Use apply to the use of iPii.TV under the domain ipii.tv and to the associated web, player, administration and pairing functions.
§ 2 Description of Services
iPii.TV offers functions for the management, structuring and playback of users' own M3U/M3U8 playlists, as well as EPG orientation, web player, ZapPilot, VOD organization and device connector.
- Import and management of own playlists
- Editing of channels, groups and metadata
- Web player and TV/device companion
- Export and backup of own data
Not a content provider: iPii.TV does not provide any streams, channel packages, films or series.
§ 3 Obligations of Users
Users may only use lawful sources of their own and may not distribute unlawful content, manipulate systems or circumvent technical protection measures.
§ 4 Responsibility and Liability
Users are responsible for the lawfulness of their own sources and playlists. iPii.TV is not liable for the content of external sources or their availability.
§ 5 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung). Contact: mail@ipii.tv.
§ 6 Availability and Changes
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Functions may be adjusted for reasons of operation, security or product development.
§ 7 Blocking and Termination
In the event of violations of these terms, access may be restricted, blocked or deleted.
§ 8 Final Provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
